Box Score 2 York hosted another KCAC Triangular over the weekend with the Avila Eagles and the (RV) McPherson Bulldogs. The Panthers secured their first conference win in three straight sets against the Eagles in the first game of the day. However, they could not get a good hold on the Bulldogs and lost in three straight sets to finish the night.
Game 1 vs. Avila University: Key Statistics
The Panthers came out strong and ready to handle business. They hit .208 with 39 kills and seven service aces; blocks were strong with 2 BS and 10 BA. Those were compared to the Eagles who hit .135 with 40 kills and only two services aces.

The first set ended 25-22; the second set 25-23; and the third set 25-22.
Game 2 vs. McPherson College: Key Statistics
The Bulldogs quickly pulled ahead of the Panthers in the first set and held that momentum for the hour and 17 minutes of competition. The Panthers hit .108 with 23 kills; compared to McPherson's hitting .241 with 45 kills.
