YORK - The York College Panthers scored a big victory Friday night over Bethel College. After taking the first game the Panthers fell in game two before turning around and taking the final two games for the overall victory.
The Panthers had a big home crowd for Friday night's match and used its presence to help harvest the Threshers in exciting play.
Individual Leaders
Nicole Gates (SR/Centennial, Colo) had 13 kills and hit over .500 for the match. Halie Ewing (JR/Liberty, Mo) added 12 and Kylie Wroot (JR/North Platte, neb) 11. Melanie Baxa (SR/Tobias, Neb) led the team with 39 assists while Kelsey Taylor (FR/Moore, Okla) had 27 digs.
