The Panthers found the back of the net for what turned out to be the match-winning goal at the 33:52 mark when Rieke Wolff found Gracie Reynolds for the score. The home team tried to push the margin to 2-0 late in the half, but Cleo Paris' attempt was stopped by the keeper.

In the 61st minute, Zippora Nigg connected for a goal, giving York a 2-0 lead. Less than a minute later, Nigg and Adriana Castellanos Rodrigo connected on a pass that later found Sofia Villa Monterd, who promptly blasted an attempt for the third and final goal of the match.
