YORK, Neb. – The York University baseball team took the lead early and never trailed in the 5-3 victory over Southwestern College Friday afternoon.

The Panthers are now 11-19 overall, including 3-14 in KCAC action.
Ryan Romero reached on a fielder's choice in the second inning and hustled to second on a wild pitch. Heck's base hit allowed Romero to come around to score for a 1-0 lead. With I. Stark and

Cameron Reeve belted a double down the left field line, pushing both runners across home plate for a 3-0 advantage.
Tied at 3-3 in the third,
