Leavenworth, KAN. - TaShay Jackson (SR/New Rochelle, N.Y.) led the Panthers with ten points and six rebounds, but that wasn't enough as the Spires from the University of St. Mary won on their home court 64-47.

York struggled from the floor shooting just 31% from the field. The team shot under eight percent from beyond the arc, which was a big difference to the Spires shooting over 40% from downtown.

The Panthers were able to outscore USM in the paint 24-18, but the second-chance points were a disadvantage at 7-16.

York will host Oklahoma Wesleyan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday night in the Freeman Center. The game will be televised on ESPN3.
