Winfield, KAN. - Southwestern controlled the game on Saturday and allowed the Panthers just one shot on goal over 90 minutes of play. The Panthers battled hard and prevented several opportunities throughout the field, but the Moundbuilders were able to find the back of the net twice to win 2-0.

Alexa Moreno fought hard in goal and saved six of the eight shots she faced. Bryn Decker picked up the one shot on goal, while Myesha Moss was credited with two shots as well.

York falls to 2-6-1 on the season and is looking for their first KCAC win as they travel to Bartlesville, Okla. on Wednesday to face Oklahoma Wesleyan.
