YORK - York had a strong first quarter that put the McPherson College Bulldogs on edge Saturday afternoon. However, the shooting percentage dropped quickly for the Panthers and they couldn't hold their lead as they fell 76-61 in KCAC action. York had three players score in double figures with Kiara Pesina leading the way with 14 points. Amaia Diez added 13 and Julia Trujillo followed with 11 points.

York will host Ottawa University on Saturday afternoon for their next game. York was scheduled to travel to Oklahoma Wesleyan on Wednesday, but due to weather forecasts that game has been pushed to Monday, February 7. Saturday's game is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. tip-off.
