MCPHERSON, Kan. – The York University women's cross country team finished second at the Carol Swenson Invite Saturday.
The Panthers were led by
Maddie Davis in the 5k event. She recorded a sixth-place finish after crossing the line in 22:56.11.
Lilly Carr snagged a top-10 effort by finishing in 24:31.34, which was good enough for ninth.
Megan Johnston took 10
th with a time of 25:57.68.
Megan Dehart notched an 11
th-place effort after posting a mark of 26:10.06.
Morgan Dinkler rounded out the squad with a 12
th-place effort. She finished in a time of 29:07.93.
Tabor won the meet.
The Panthers return to action Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic.
