Sterling, KAN. - Ciara Williams (SR/San Diego, Calif) scored a game-high 18 points on Saturday but that wasn't enough to upset the 11th ranked Sterling Warriors on the road. York fell 82-51 in the contest.

York's defense forced 20 turnovers and held the Warriors to 18% shooting from beyond the arc. But the Warriors quickness and depth wore down the Panthers. The Warriors won the rebounding margin 53-36 and that allowed for 14 more shots in the contest.

The Panthers were only able to score 15 points in the first half but got things rolling in the second half as they scored 36 points. But it was too little too late as the Warriors won their 23rd game of the season.

York will host Ottawa University on Wednesday evening with tip-off scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
