Hutchinson, KAN. - York College opened day one of the KCAC Fall Fling picking up two wins. In the first match of the weekend the Panthers swept Graceland University 25-20, 25-18, 25-19. Rose Tafaoialii (JR/Magna, Utah) led the way offensively with seven kills on .400 hitting percentage. Kaylie Riesgo had 25 assists and 10 digs.

In game two the Panthers lost the first set but rebounded to win the next three against Randall. The final score of the match was 22-25, 25-17, 25-22, and 25-22.

Molly Bich (SR/Billings, Mont) and Shiloh Lively (SO/Las Vegas, Nev) were on fire for the Panthers with 12 and 11 kills, respectively. Riesgo led the team with 37 assists and 16 digs. Alexis Kuehn had 12 digs as well as six service aces.
