YORK - 

After a postponement due to weather on Saturday, the Panthers faced off against the Falcons from Friends University on Monday night. York battled hard but eventually fell to the Falcons 69-64. York fell behind quickly in the first half trailing by 18 points but a big fourth-quarter had the Panthers within two points with under three minutes to play. York outscored the Falcons 22-14 in the fourth but couldn't quite overcome the deficit.

The Falcons held a 25-15 advantage on free throw attempts. York was also outrebounded 41-30 in the game.

York shot 44% from the floor but just 25% from beyond the arc. 

Brileigh Slaughter led all scorers with 17 points. She was 7-for-9 from the floor. Julia Trujillo scored 13 points and Sadie Pittman had 12 points off of the bench.
