WBB: Panthers unable to overcome Bluejays hot shooting

YORK - Tabor College outpaced the Panthers on Monday night with a 72-59 win. York fought back from a 29-point deficit to close the gap in the fourth quarter thanks to a 26-16 period. 

The Panthers had two players score in double figures with Imani Honey leading the way with 15, followed by Jess McGrath with 12.

Key Statistics

Tabor converted 14 three-pointers in the game shooting over 48% from beyond the arc. York shot just nine percent from the floor in the first quarter as they trailed by 14.

York forced 24 Bluejays turnovers which they converted into 25 points. The Panthers left 10 points at the charity stripe converting just 16-26 for 61%.
