HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. – The York University women's golf team placed sixth at the Railwood Invitational hosted by William Woods University Tuesday.
The two-day event wrapped up Tuesday afternoon at the Railwood GC.
The Panthers shot 167-over par, 743. The squad shot rounds of 373-370 for the two-day event.
Lincoln (Mo.) won the event after shooting 597. Central Methodist (672) and UHSP (676) completed the top three teams in the field.
Sydney Fernandez led the squad with her 15
th-place performance. She shot 26-over par after registering scores of 16-over par and 10-over par.
Riley Stuhr narrowly missed a top-20 effort by taking 21
st at 34-over par. She shot identical scores of 17-over par for each round.
Regin Dunham was 25
th at 36-over par while
Alba Kindelan was 39
th. She wrapped up the tournament at 71-over par.
