MCCOOL, Neb. – The York University women's cross country team put forth a tremendous effort at the dual meet against Bethany on Saturday.
Megan Dehart claimed the individual championship with a time of 20:06, averaging a 6:42 mile split.
Morgan Peterson was just behind her, taking second in a time of 20:31 while
Jadon Hess notched a third-place finish in 20:55.
In the relay portion of the meet, the tandem of Dehart and Hess claimed first place. The duo of
Morgan Dinkler and Madison Davis accounted for a second-place effort while
Lilly Carr and Peterson took the bronze medal.
The Panthers return to action Saturday, Oct. 12, when they compete at a meet hosted by the University of the Ozarks.
