CRETE - After a full 90 minutes of no score, it took Cala Jamison and the Panthers just 2:03 to find the back of the net in the sudden death overtime. Heidi Odom found Jamison for the goal just over two minutes into the extra period and the Panthers stormed the field in celebration.

York created more opportunities overall with an 18-10 shot advantage. But both teams had just six shots on goal. York was led by Breanna Bembenek with five shots, two of which were on frame.

Lia Krohe picked up the win and shutout in goal for the Panthers.

York improves to 5-4-1 on the season and will travel to Ottawa University on Friday for a KCAC matchup. The game is scheduled for a 5:00 p.m. start.
