YORK - York University fell 2-0 to the undefeated Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes on Saturday afternoon. The Panthers were outshot 13-2 on the contest.

Alexa Moreno was a strong force in goal but unable to keep the Coyotes off of the board as she saved seven of the nine shots on goal.

Paisly Cleveland and Nora Martin-Mora were the two Panthers who recorded shots on the day.

The Coyotes scored the game-winner in the ninth minute of play. York fought hard and didn't allow another solid scoring chance until the 66th minute. 

The Panthers fall to 0-8-1 on the season and will head to Ottawa University on Wednesday afternoon.
