KEARNEY, Neb. – The York University men's wrestling team was well represented by Caleb Davis at the UNK Open Saturday.

Davis competed in the 174-lb. class. After dropping his opening match by a 3-1 score, he picked up a 9-2 victory over his opponent from CSU-Pueblo in the consolation bracket. Davis continued in the tournament with a 13-7 win over his foe from Northern Colorado. He lost a hard-fought 10-7 contest to an opponent from Briar Cliff in the fifth round of action.

The Panthers return to action Sunday, Dec. 7 at the FHSU Bob Smith Open.
