OMAHA, Neb. – The York University men's track and field team placed ninth at the KCAC Championships, which wrapped up Saturday evening.
The Panthers totaled 21 points for ninth place in the 12-team field.
The Panthers recorded seven points with the duo of
Anthony Hodson and
Trenton Orlando in the 600m. Hodson claimed fifth with a time of 1:25.47 while Orlando was right behind him with a time of 1:26.12 for sixth place.
Andrew Heinrichs snagged fourth place in the 400m after crossing the finish line in 50.76.
The quartet of
Anthony Hodson, Heinrichs, Orlando and
Jaden Beske claimed the bronze medal in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:26.76.
The Panthers return to action when they compete at the UNK Last Chance Meet on February 21 starting at 3 p.m.
