YORK, Neb. – The York University Panthers saw six student-athletes earn major postseason recognition across softball and baseball, with the KCAC announcing its All-Conference and Gold Glove selections for the 2025-26 season.
The softball program led the way with four honorees, headlined by a First Team selection and a Gold Glove winner. On the diamond, the baseball team placed two standouts on the All-KCAC list.
Junior outfielder Moriah Hoshowski (Outfielder) landed on the All-KCAC First Team after a stellar season at the plate. Appearing in 34 games with 25 starts, Hoshowski was a consistent force, hitting a team-best .379 (25-for-66). She added eight stolen bases, 16 runs scored, and six RBIs while slugging .439 and posting a .406 on-base percentage. Her ability to get on base and create opportunities made her one of the conference's most dangerous leadoff threats.
The Panthers also placed two players on the All-KCAC Third Team:

Taylor Jones (Catcher): The junior backstop started 41 games and led the team with 31 RBIs and three home runs. Jones hit .336 with 10 doubles, 25 runs scored, and seven stolen bases. Defensively, she threw out three baserunners and handled a young pitching staff effectively.

Ashley Falk (Pitcher): Falk was the workhorse of the York rotation, earning Third Team honors after a brilliant season in the circle. Over 28 appearances (15 starts), she posted a team-best 3.12 ERA across 107.2 innings. Falk finished with a 6-9 record, two saves, and 28 strikeouts while tossing eight complete games and one shutout.
Sophomore shortstop Brooklyn Hadl added a KCAC Gold Glove to her resume. Starting all 45 games she appeared in, Hadl anchored the infield with 118 assists and 83 putouts, committing just 14 errors for a .935 fielding percentage. Offensively, she hit .320 with eight doubles, two triples, two home runs, and 27 runs scored.
On the baseball side, two Panthers garnered conference recognition for their work on the mound and in the field.
Senior Elvin Ramos was named All-KCAC Third Team as a starting pitcher. Ramos made 14 starts on the year, leading the staff with 81 strikeouts over 71.0 innings pitched. He posted a 3-8 record with a 5.70 ERA, tossing four complete games and one shutout. Ramos held opposing hitters to a .290 average while walking just 27 batters.
Junior pitcher Bryce Woodard was recognized for his defensive excellence, earning a KCAC Gold Glove for pitching. Woodard made 14 appearances with 13 starts, logging a team-high 74.0 innings. He finished with a 5.23 ERA, 43 strikeouts, and a 3-5 record. On the mound, Woodard was flawless in the field, recording 16 assists against just one error (.944 fielding percentage) and helping turn one double play.
