The Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference announced Thursday afternoon the All-Conference teams for baseball. York College had three players earn first team honors: Brad Lindsley (SR/Bakersfield, CA), Rudy Perez (SR/Stockton, CA), and Ivan Perez (JR/Clovis, CA). Lindsley finished the regular season pitching the most innings in conference play and third in ERA. Rudy Perez, most recently named conference pitcher of the week, earned his first team honors as an outfielder. He led the Panthers with a .351 batting average, 41 RBIs, and 24 stolen bases. Ivan Perez was second on the team in batting with a .330 average and led the team with 13 doubles. He was also named conference Newcomer of the year.
Four Panthers were named to the Second Team: Garret Anctil, Anthony Enriquez (SR/Sacramento,CA), Cody Baack (SR/Johnson, NE), and PJ Matha (JR/Las Vegas, NV). Lindsley and Jordan Pella (SR/Adams, NE) were each named MCAC Gold Glove winners.
Scholar athletes for York were Cody Baack, Chris Costanza (SR/Pittsburg, CA), Jordan Suter (SR/Sterling, CO), Josh Burgener (JR/Gering, NE), Brady Henan (SR/Billings, MT) and Max Fleig (Honeoye Falls, NY).
Head Coach Brian Walth was also named Conference Coach of the Year. Coach Walth is in his second year as head coach and holds a 71-36 record over that time.

*To earn MCAC Scholar-Athlete honors, the student-athlete must be at least a sophomore, own a 3.25 cumulative grade point average or higher, and have completed at least two semesters at their present institution.
