York traveled to Columbia, Missouri for a three-game series with (RV) Columbia College. The Panthers fell 13-3 on day one. York bounced back on Sunday afternoon in the first game of the doubleheader. After jumping out to a 5-2 lead after the first the Panthers stayed on top and finished with an 11-6 victory. Columbia took game three by a final of 6-2.

Game One Highlights
Daniel Tomkiewicz struck out seven batters in the first three innings, including striking out the side in the second. Chris Manibusan hit an RBI double to start the scoring for the Panthers. 

Game Two Highlights
York jumped ahead with five runs in the first inning in large part to four walks issued by the Cougar pitcher. Freddy Tlatenchi then hit a 2-RBI single for runs four and five. Tyler Harris was 4-for-4 from the plate including a 2-run home run in the fifth. Jesus Licon hit three sacrifice flies in the game. Treyton Scully picked up the complete-game win for the Panthers.

Game Three Highlights
Blake Hernandez went 2-for-3 and Tony Riley hit a 2-run home run in the 6-2 loss. Ian Heck struck out five batters in five innings of work.

York travels to Bethany College on Tuesday to open up their KCAC season. The Panthers turn around on Wednesday and travel to Hastings College for another non-conference matchup.
