HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. – The York University men's golf team finished 13
th at the Railwood Invitational hosted by William Woods University.
The two-day event wrapped up Tuesday afternoon at the Railwood GC.
The Panthers shot 93-over par, 669. The squad shot 331-338 for the 36-hole event.
William Woods won the event (581) while Lincoln (Mo.) (588) and Central Methodist (590) rounded out the top three teams.
Francisco Carvalho Gouveia took 21
st after shooting eight-over par, 152. He notched scores of +3 and +5.
Tanner Simmerman was 59
th while
Malachi Meador was 60
th. Simmmerman shot 22-over par while Meador was just one stroke behind him at 23-over par.
Aaron Bartak finished 77
th after shooting 40-over par and
Ashton Johnson was 78
th after posting a score of 42-over par.
